Modge Podge

......where the directions are as well. What a fun idea, eh!!! I thought about covering some jar lids in fall patterns and filling them with some kind of yummy mix for my VT ladies. I also thought about using cute fabric that coordinates with my sewing room and storing buttons, safety pins, seam rippers, stitch witchery, etc in them... or plain linen for my desk and storing stamps and paper clips. Ooh, the possibilities!
Once again, thanks to Lorie for being such a great resource! If you haven't visited her blog, you're missing out. Seriously.
PS. You can find smooth jars (without the label stamped in) at craft stores.

It is NOT fair you were only my VT for 1 month. At least I got good ones after our glorious month together.

I'm moving to TN on the off chance that I might be assigned to your route. Seriously, I always love your ideas and the ideas you pass along. I'm going to use these in my "sewing room" (which is actually a bedroom that I occupy with all my sewing stuff.)

You are so crafty. I just don't have the motivation. I wish you lived here then you could come over and make me do projects with you. And I could make cupcakes for us.

Did you know Leigh Anne is living a mere 8 hours from me now?

I think it is a great idea! The hubbs has been asking me to organize my clutter for months now (or maybe 7+ years)...

"My professional life has been centered on the home, the well being of the family and everything that these subjects encompass. When I began working in this area more than 25 years ago, the subject of homemaking as it relates to families was largely overlooked, though the interest was clearly broad and the desire for information strong. My colleagues and I soon discovered we were satisfying a deeply felt unmet need."
