"My professional life has been centered on the home, the well being of the family and everything that these subjects encompass. When I began working in this area more than 25 years ago, the subject of homemaking as it relates to families was largely overlooked, though the interest was clearly broad and the desire for information strong. My colleagues and I soon discovered we were satisfying a deeply felt unmet need."

I am not saying its the best thing, but I think I pretty much have the whole passive-aggressive thing down to an art. And sometimes when I am mad I clean. I mean, CLEAN. Fast and furious.
I sometimes say things that I regret later. I've got the mother bear growl (growl now, think later) down to an art.
Write a letter containing all the things I'm too much of a wimp to say to whomever's face. Then, tomorrow, decide if it's worth sending.
I learned a new technique with this. I have anger issues at times. LOL
Journaling. I just need to get it all out and a journal is a harmless way to do that. Abuse the paper!
ummm...I say a prayer and sing a hymn...
...that is after I throw something and yell really loud.
Depends on who I am mad at. But I do write it down so I can sort out my emotions and the facts. Or I complain to whomever is closest :)
