Thankful Thursday

I am thankful for this message because I've been struggling lately and needed to hear it. As a mother I'm thankful for the eternal principle of losing ourselves in unselfish service to others. Sometimes I forget and my priorities get messed up and sometimes it's just really hard to be a mom... but I know it's the most important work for me on this earth and I will keep trying!!!

I think we all get our priorities out of whack once in a while (or more often if you are me). I love these messages.

This is a beautiful message and great reminder. I needed it too. Thanks.

"My professional life has been centered on the home, the well being of the family and everything that these subjects encompass. When I began working in this area more than 25 years ago, the subject of homemaking as it relates to families was largely overlooked, though the interest was clearly broad and the desire for information strong. My colleagues and I soon discovered we were satisfying a deeply felt unmet need."
