What's For Dinner?

Fried Cabbage and Bacon
Mashed Potatoes
French Bread with Rhubarb Jam


Fried Cabbage and Bacon:

1 head cabbage, coarsely chopped
1/2 package of bacon, diced
2 julienne carrots
1 chopped onion

Fry bacon, and then add the carrots, onion. When carrots start to soften, add the cabbage. Salt and pepper to taste. Easy comfort food!
