-2 tsp cinnamon
- handful of cranberries

- Mix up the apples, cranberries, lemon juice, sugar , flour, and cinnamon. Line the pie pan with half of the unbaked crust. Fill with the mixture and put pieces of the butter throughout. Top with the other half of crust and put a few vent holes in the top. Brush with the cream and sprinkle with sugar. Cover with foil. Bake for 30 minutes at 375, then take off the foil and continue baking for another 20 minutes or so.

That looks yummy! BTW, you should take pics of your arrangements! I have been looking online for similar things and none are as cute as yours! (wreath and vase w/cranberries)

I made my first ever pie crust from scratch this Thanksgiving and it wasn't terrible. I should have rolled it a hair thinner but other than that I was super proud of myself.

"My professional life has been centered on the home, the well being of the family and everything that these subjects encompass. When I began working in this area more than 25 years ago, the subject of homemaking as it relates to families was largely overlooked, though the interest was clearly broad and the desire for information strong. My colleagues and I soon discovered we were satisfying a deeply felt unmet need."
