Happy April Fool's Day, Suckers!
April Fool's Day was one of my favorite "holidays" growing up because I never knew what my crazy mom would do. Many years ago, she called several of the RS ladies in our housing area and told each of them that the other was seriously ill and needed help immediately. She then laughed and laughed as she watched each one run to each others' houses, ending up all sweaty and confused. They eventually figured it out and ended up at our house. I was very stressed watching this go down, but my mom thought it was hilarious. It ended well, thank goodness. Some of her other pranks, not so much.

"My professional life has been centered on the home, the well being of the family and everything that these subjects encompass. When I began working in this area more than 25 years ago, the subject of homemaking as it relates to families was largely overlooked, though the interest was clearly broad and the desire for information strong. My colleagues and I soon discovered we were satisfying a deeply felt unmet need."

OK that's hilarious. They probably thought what is this Asian lady do with her time. :) she should have thrown kimchi at them while they were running all over trying to be of service:) Hilarious im going to do that one next year.
That is so funny and I would have fallen for it too! I am an absolute SUCKER and fall for something totally stupid every single April Fools Day. My least favorite holiday because I am embarrassed by my own gullible self every year!
