I saw this in the MS living magazine. It is a necklace but looks too complicated to try it. Fancy though!

Looks like mini-marshmellows. That would be cool, but would leave a ton of powder on the cute shirt.
I like the necklace. I would not wear it with that shirt though. Its too much for the gathering detail.
