Oh Fudge.

According to German superstition, if a hibernating animal casts a shadow on Feb. 2 — the Christian holiday of Candlemas — winter will last another six weeks. If no shadow is seen, legend says, spring will come early.

Punxsutawney Phil, the world's most famous groundhog, indeed saw his shadow Monday morning, predicting that this already long winter will last for six more weeks. The annual ritual takes place on Gobbler's Knob, a tiny hill in Punxsutawney, a borough of about 6,100 residents some 65 miles northeast of Pittsburgh.

Cursed.

yuck! Paul wants to watch that movie tonight. I am boycotting it!

You need to put together a "what would Kristen do if she and her family came to Nashville for the weekend" plan. Sell me on it. I really do want to go on vacation somewhere other than Utah while I love out here...

"My professional life has been centered on the home, the well being of the family and everything that these subjects encompass. When I began working in this area more than 25 years ago, the subject of homemaking as it relates to families was largely overlooked, though the interest was clearly broad and the desire for information strong. My colleagues and I soon discovered we were satisfying a deeply felt unmet need."
