Halloween 09

Halloween was a last minute scramble here at my house, because I had the stomach flu the 3 days leading up to it. It was awesome. Fever, chills, vomiting... you name it, I had it. So, for the first time in years, we did not carve pumpkins or decorate so much, but I'm calling it a victory against all odds anyhow. The fact that the kids actually walked out of the house on time for trick-or-treating with costumes on is a miracle!

Spencer: Nerd

Grace: 50's Waitress

Sophia: Ballerina

Oliver: Frustrated Teen (just like last year)

"My professional life has been centered on the home, the well being of the family and everything that these subjects encompass. When I began working in this area more than 25 years ago, the subject of homemaking as it relates to families was largely overlooked, though the interest was clearly broad and the desire for information strong. My colleagues and I soon discovered we were satisfying a deeply felt unmet need."
